In the 4-axis Production centre, with a 7.6 x 0.5 m useable surface area, it is possible to carry out any type of mechanical process and guarantee extreme precision.
Metallarte invests in research for new technical and production solutions through its internal technical office which can satisfy customers’ needs with standard and made-to-measure products.
The new factory offers, alongside the management, administration and design offices, a large manufacturing area, equipped with cutting-edge technology: 1 double-headed cutting-off machine for aluminum, 3 three-axial CNC folding machines, in addition to a clinching method, which is a cold welding method which enables the assembly of plates by means of local warping of the materials (see graph), thus obtaining an ideal waterproofing. |
